Step 2: Write your webinar description

When planning a webinar, selecting the right format is essential to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness. Here’s a guide to help you choose the best webinar type based on your goals and audience needs:

1. Live Webinars

Best For: Real-time interaction, immediate engagement, and fostering a sense of urgency.

Description: Live webinars are broadcasted at a scheduled date and time. They offer participants the opportunity to interact with hosts and presenters through live chat, polls, and Q&A sessions. Live webinars create a dynamic atmosphere and allow for spontaneous audience engagement.

2. One-Time Webinars

Best For: Delivering content once to a specific audience.

Description: One-time webinars are conducted on a specific date and time, and the content is not repeated. They are ideal for delivering focused content to a targeted audience within a defined timeframe, such as product launches, special events, or training sessions.

3. Recurring Webinars

Best For: Providing ongoing education or updates to a consistent audience.

Step 4: Insert your webinar source (Example: Youtube Url)

Upload your webinar video to any platform like Youtube, Vimeo, Twitch, Dailymotion, Wistia etc, then copy and paste the URL in the box.

Step 5: Give your webinar a price

*IMPORTANT NOTE*

Check the “Paid webinar” button, then you will be able to see your webinar in your Shop Dashboard under “Product.”

Simply set a price based on the USD rate; you will be able to change it in the Dashboard under “Product.”

If you would like to set the webinar as FREE to increase traffic to your shop, simply set the price to “0” in the column. You will be able to change it in the Dashboard under “Product.”

Step 6: Design your own webinar style

Designing your own webinar style involves understanding your audience, defining clear goals, choosing the right format, crafting engaging content, practicing effective delivery, utilizing technology, encouraging interaction, and following up with participants. By focusing on these elements, you can create webinars that are not only informative but also engaging and memorable.

Step 7: Click “Save & Publish” (IMPORTANT)

Once every setting is done, click “save & publish”, your webinar will appear in your Shop Dashboard under “Product.” 

After clicking the button “Save & Publish”, it will appear “SAVE CHANGES” and “REGISTRATION PAGE”.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*

PLEASE USE NEW TAB TO OPEN YOUR SHOP PAGE, BECAUSE YOU CAN’T GET BACK TO WEBINAR SETTING PAGE AFTER YOU LEAVE THE PAGE.

PLEASE ALWAYS REMAIN THE WEBINAR SETTING PAGE UNTIL YOU CONFIRM EVERY THING ALRIGHT.

PLEASE CONTACT US VIA SUPPORT CLOUD IF NEEDED.

Step 8: Copy Webinar Register Link to Notepad

Click on the “REGISTRATION PAGE”, and copy the URL.

Open a new notepad and PASTE the URL on it, then SAVE. 

Name the notepad with your webinar name and STANDBY.

Step 9: Edit your products

Go to your shop DASHBOARD from AVATAR on HEADER, or simply click here to access. Select and click on your LATEST product.

Step 10: Edit your products details

Keep remain product type on simple, check on both Downloadable and Virtual boxes. Enter the details of your webinar. Choose a proper category.

NOTE: If you can’t find a proper category for your webinar, kindly contact us (Support Cloud) to add a new category for you.

Step 11: Edit your product cover image

Click on the “upload a product cover image“. Select Upload files tab on the top of popup window.

Click on “Click here” link, paste any image URL in the box, click “Add“. The image will appear in your media library if success uploaded. 

Else, if you don’t have an image URL, just simply click “Select Files“, and drag your image into it.

Once product image has uploaded, just simply select it as product featured image

Step 12: Upload Register Link via notepad

Remember the NOTEPAD you save and standby before? Now is the time to use it!

Scroll down to Downloadable Options, click “Add File“, then upload the notepad file as well.

LAST STEP, click on “SAVE PRODUCT” and DONE!! The product will publish soon after review. ENJOY THE DAY!
